Delivery  We can deliver to anywhere in the UK and Republic of Ireland (ROI), and to most destinations abroad. All orders before 3pm GMT are dispatched the same day. We pride ourselves on our customer service. Of course all orders are subject to credit clearance and availability of stock, but our site clearly outlines what our stock levels are. Just contact us if there’s something out of stock you would like, or something specific you are looking for – we’ll do our best to track it down for you. Standard postage is free throughout the UK and takes on average 2-3 working days for delivery Please note, during postal strikes this delivery time may vary. Please consult with your local sorting office or visit the Royal Mail website to determine possible delays in your area. We do however offer a next day courier service, Ideal if you require your order within a specific time frame. This is priced at just £6.00 Next day delivery of a single item UK orders starts from just £1.00 and £5.00 for the rest of the world. If you’re ordering a number of items, the delivery price is calculated at check-out. All orders are sent in plain packaging to ensure discretion. All deliveries will be made according to the carrier’s standard procedures. For standard delivery, a signature should not be required, however packages which will not fit through your letterbox may be taken back to the postal depot for collection. Please note that where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO box addresses. Should you require clarification on what happens if no-one is available to receive the goods, and/or a signature is required, please contact the carrier direct. Due to the current political climate, additional security checks are taking place in many countries. This may result in a small delay to the delivery of orders to certain countries. Returns If you are not totally satisfied with your goods for any reason, you can return them within 21 days of their dispatch and we’ll be happy to exchange them or refund your money.
